Through our efforts, Monte Vista Gardens is now a state-of-the-art community. With an upgraded fitness center and enhanced pool areas consisting of cabanas, outdoor furniture, and resurfaced pool and spa, CPP has elevated the community. CPP also focused on improving community spaces with an updated kitchen, computer room, media area, lounges, and kids' corner. With the enhanced security features, Monte Vista Gardens is a secured and modernized community.
In a partnership with Jamboree Housing, we renovated the property without having to relocate or displace any residents. Public support provided by Public Support California Debt Limit Allocation Committee, California, Tax Credit Allocation Committee, California Housing Finance Agency. Financial support provided by Citi Bank, NA, and WNC & Associates, Inc. Additional support by the development team provided by United Renovation Specialty Group, Irwin Partners Architects, Jamboree Housing, City of San Jose, Monte Vista Gardens Residents, and FPI Management.
CPP has adapted a sustainable strategy by providing energy star appliances, LED lighting, high-efficiency boilers and drought-tolerant landscaping to improve the quality of life of the residents.
