El Racho Verde is a city within a city, nestled 2.9 miles northeast of downtown San Jose and within close proximity to all major shopping, transportation, and recreational amenities. It houses 700 units spread across 37 acres, making it the largest affordable housing communities in the tech hub. We acquired and rehabilitated the housing community in 2018 with an investment of $41M in rehabilitation. We believe that we have enhanced the quality of life for the residents and preserved the affordability of the homes for decades to come.
